Ownership and Rentals
Since moving to Belize, the new owners
have discovered that getting things done, as well as life in
Belize, moves at a different pace. While it has taken
six months to convert the first two rooms into the model

lessons have been learned and they have certainly enjoyed
living in this paradise while completing the unit. Their
experiences have led to a slower development plan for the

Currently, the
units will be left as hotel rooms and sold to the interested
new buyer. The Nautical Inn will then rent, maintain and
manage the rooms for the new owner with 70 to 80% of all
rental revenue going to the new owners. These funds
will accumulate and eventually be used to remodel the units
at the direction and preferences of the new owner.

Not only can you own a piece of
paradise, but you can even let the units rent pay for your
