After only one visit, the current owners of the Nautical Inn knew that this was paradise by almost anyone’s definition. The sun, water, breeze and weather are second to none. They immediately purchased the Inn but had no intention of operating a 12 room hotel. Instead they are convinced that they could convert the existing buildings and end up with six one bedroom Villas for their closest friends.

Sure the resort has an ocean side pool, restaurant and bar, room service,  docks on both the ocean and lagoon for docking owner’s boats, and a host of other amenities but the new owners want to be property managers for the Villa owners, not innkeepers. They live on site permanently and provide 24 hour, on-site security, housekeeping and maintenance, which is critical in Belize.
