Announcing our new
group rates! We are now offering rooms based on number of
bed spaces desired. You get a group together and decide who
is going to sleep where…simply put two people in each
double, queen or king size bed you reserve. Then enjoy the
following lowest rates:
10 to 15 people pay only
$50/night/person
15 to 25 people pay only
$40/night/person
25 to 50 people pay only
$25/night/person
Or rent the entire resort for
$1,250/night even with less than 50 people.

Breakfast
By popular request we now offer
inclusive meals with your room reservations. Simply pay at
least the above "per person bed rate" and your continental
breakfast will be included.
Lunch
Since most of our guests take advantage of the large number
of great tours available and these most often include lunch,
we have decided not to serve lunch but we have many local
options available when needed.

Dinner
Discover The Best Eating
Places in Placencia
Due to the input and feedback from
many, many guests, we have decided to initiate a dinner
shuttle service for our guests. When on vacation, no one
likes to be forced to always eat at the same restaurant,
even if that restaurant is located within your resort and
has good food. A week of the same menu simply grows old.
Also because our guests are new to the Placencia peninsula,
they are often unaware of the 25 to 30 different places to
eat that we have available. Therefore, we have selected what
we consider the top 12 places to eat and will shuttle all
interested guests to at least two different restaurants at
6:00 PM each night. Of course, we’ll be back to pick you up
at 8:00 or you can stay longer and grab a taxi back. We will
have a copy of the menu from each restaurant in our Welcome
Center, so you can start salivating early. Watch the
announcement board for which restaurants are coming up which
nights!

Larger groups save even more!
First, you naturally get the reduced per person room
rate...all the way down to $25/night. Save even more by
simply renting out our professional kitchen and restaurant
facilities for $150/day or $500 for the entire week. The
kitchen is fully equipped with a cast iron oven and range,
full grill, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, pots & pans and
everything you need to cook for and serve up to 50 people,
including dishes, glasses, silverware, serving dishes
as well as seating for up to 50 people.
If you desire, we can hire a local
professional cook to actually purchase all of your food at
cost and then cook all of your dinners for $5/hour.
So, simply pay $500 for the facilities
and perhaps $20/night for the cook plus the cost of the raw
food and you can feed your entire group of up to 50. The
last group of 35 paid less than $70/day for their whole
group and had fresh fish, chicken and even shrimp plus two
vegtables, home baked rolls and deserts each night.
Naturally, you have to do your own serving and clean up,
unless you want us to hire folks for that also. You simply
can't save more than this---$25/night/person and
control your own restaurant at cost!
