Once the new owner of the future Villa is in
place, they will work with the managers of the Nautical Inn
to determine for how long they wish to rent their units and
at what fee. However, the following is the current
rental income from the two rooms that will eventually
comprise each Villa. The range of rates are due to
high season verses low season normal rent.

With the $200,000
seller financed, monthly note payment being $2,164.91, you
