DEPOSIT AND
CANCELLATION POLICY
Room reservations only:
A one nights deposit is required to
confirm a reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to
arrival.
Packages:
A $200.00 US Dollar per person deposit
is required at time of booking with the remainder due 30
days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by credit card
(VISA, MC) to NAUTICAL INN. **SEE BELOW FOR OTHER PAYMENT
OPTIONS
For bookings made 30 days or less
prior to arrival: Payment in full is due upon booking. A
credit card authorization form is available for FAXING or
emailing.
A full refund will be granted if
written cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to
arrival. A 50% cancellation fee if written cancellation is
received 45 to 30 days PRIOR to arrival. No refund if
written cancellation is received less than 30 days.
*Credit cards are processed in Belize
Dollars at an approximate rate of BZE$2.00 to US $1.00;
however, your credit card company may have a charge for
currency exchange.
CASHIERS CHECKS/BANK CHECKS WILL BE
ACCEPTED FOR PREPAYMENT AND CAN BE MAILED TO:
